All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. This includes treating speakers, organisers, colleagues, exhibitors and other attendees with courtesy and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behaviour or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Organisers and committee members reserve the right to ask anyone who breaches this policy to leave the event without a refund.

Attendees must register using their correct details and check in upon arrival where required, if incorrect information is provided, you may not be able to recieve your certificate.

Where the event provides CPD certification or attendance evidence, attendees must participate for the required duration and comply with any sign-in, sign-out or session attendance requirements.

CPD certificates will only be issued to attendees who meet the event's stated attendance requirements; in addition to this, after the event we are also seeking ways to distribute content recorded in the session. We may use your email, to give you access to this. If this is successful.

If you are running late please contact a member of the committee. If the session has already begun you may be unable to participate.

No identifiable patient information should be shared during discussions, presentations, case studies or networking activities unless appropriately anonymised.

Attendees must respect professional confidentiality at all times.

Any case studies discussed should be treated as confidential where requested by the speaker.

Photography, video or audio recording may be restricted during certain sessions.

Attendees must not photograph, record or share presentations, speakers or other attendees unless permission has been given.

When posting about the event on social media, attendees should maintain professional standards and must not disclose confidential or identifiable patient information.

Information presented at the event is intended for professional education and CPD purposes.

Attendees remain responsible for applying their own professional judgement and complying with relevant legislation, employer policies, professional standards, clinical guidelines and scope-of-practice requirements.

Attendance at the event does not authorise an attendee to undertake any clinical procedure or activity outside their competence or professional scope.

Attendees must follow all venue health and safety instructions, including emergency evacuation procedures.

Any accident, injury, hazard or safeguarding concern should be reported to an event organiser/ committee member or the venue team as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancelled tickets; however, we are happy for them to be transferred to someone else who would like to attend.

The views expressed by individual speakers are their own unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The organisers do not necessarily endorse every opinion, product, treatment approach or recommendation discussed during the event.

Commercial or sponsored content will be identified where applicable.

Throughout the day, the team will be taking photos and videos in order to promote the charity event. If you wish to be excluded from this please let us know.

Attendees are encouraged to provide feedback following the event.

Any complaint should be raised with the event organiser at either (pahcoliv@ljmu.ac.uk) or (Charlotte@nwfrg.co.uk) as soon as reasonably possible. Complaints will be handled fairly and appropriately.

At LJMU Parasoc and NWFRG we are aiming to make the event accessible and inclusive.

Attendees who require reasonable adjustments should notify (pahcoliv@ljmu.ac.uk) or (Charlotte@nwfrg.co.uk) as early as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be considered.

By registering for and attending the event, attendees agree to comply with these policies and with any reasonable instructions provided by the event organisers or venue.
