Find a buddy at our Buddy Scheme Launch Event!
Want to meet new people at LJMU? Meet Your Matcha is the launch of the JMSU Buddy Scheme, helping students make new connections and feel more at home at LJMU and in Liverpool.
Come along to meet other students, find out more about the Buddy Scheme and sign up to get a free matcha on us! 🍵
The Buddy Scheme is here to help you connect with other students and navigate student life, whether you’ve just arrived in Liverpool or you’ve been here for a while and want to meet some new people.
The event will be relaxed and informal, with games, activities and plenty of opportunities to chat. There’s no pressure to take part in anything you’re not comfortable with. Get involved as much or as little as you like.
Not a first year? No worries! The Buddy Scheme is open to all LJMU students.
We recommend signing up to the JMSU Buddy Scheme before the event so you’re ready to go, but you can also sign up when you arrive.
Sign up to the Buddy Scheme and your matcha is on us! Join here!
